Los Angeles — Dr. Conrad Murray, doctor charged in the death of Michael Jackson, said that he still could not determine whether he will stand.
Murray did not rule out that he would stand, telling the judge that he had not made a final decision about whether he will testify.
"At this point, I have not made a final decision," Murray said after testimony Monday. When asked the pastor of the superior court judge Michael Murray when he decides, cardiologist said in a soft voice "it all depends on how it progresses, Sir."
Murray pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and faces up to four years behind bars and losing his medical license, if he is convicted.
Murray's statement came after hours of intense grilling by Dr Paul White, experts of anaesthesia, who said he believes Jackson injected himself with a fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left his bed June 25, 2009 year.
After only eight issues Monday morning, Deputy District Attorney David Walgren got the white acknowledged that Murray had repeatedly violated the doctor's standard of care.
Throughout the day, white jurors also said that he'd never made that Murray is doing-giving Jackson Propofol as aid sleep.
"I wouldn't even consider it," says white. "This is something that no amount of money could persuade me to take."
