Sony revealed plans to start a UMD passport for gaming console PS Vita, once it's officially released. Players with cumbersome UMD games from earlier libraries PSP will be able to register to access the original passport UMD. On the other hand, you won't be able to port your game across only the last device PS Vita.
Once you are registered and it is expected that the recognition from Sony, you then have to download the free app registration UMD, which then allows you to add a reference to the UMD and PSN account to register the names. Once this process is done then you will need to be able to re-purchase title at low cost.
Discount will be around £ 4 and £ 12, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and currently only supports Passport UMD approximately 200 games of 40 game publishers.
