Download Letter Call For Joint IBPS


Download a letter calling the IBPS General written exam with IBPS Web site; You will need to provide your registration number and password or a combination of your registration number and date of birth download letter call. It is planned that there will be a Joint November 2011, on27.

150 Minutes test will have five sections, as shown below; Joint is the gateway for more than 19 public sector banks in India. Test will have negative signs.

IBPS – The Gateway To A Career In The Public Sector Banks – History, Foundation And Function


Recruitment, selection, appraisal and promotion are some processes that require professional approach a fair amount of transparency and competitiveness, and a high level of accuracy, speed and confidentiality. The financial sector in India is growing rapidly and organizations (banks and other financial organizations) are achieving and've been eying an unprecedented growth and sky-high. In this case, they could not afford to invest too much time in the recruitment of staff with the required level of competitiveness, ability and desire; Although it is widely recognized that human resources is the largest asset of any organization. This is where the role of IBPS comes into play.

Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body with the vision to develop and implement world-class processes and systems evaluation and selection of personnel for a variety of client organizations, relevant subsidiary research and popularization of the results.

IBPS has a unique distinction to be the Prime National Institute of employment testing, acceptance testing, training and research; related to the selection and management of human resources. This is helping the financial sector in the field of selection, promotion and placement.
  
History Of IBPS
Institute dates back to 1975, when it was founded as Services personnel selection (PSS), a unit of the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), with a view to establishing an impartial and effective system for the recruitment and placement services. Originally Institute was to provide these services for the banking industry, which was later also extended to other non-banking sector. In 1984, the PSS was an independent body-Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS), on the orders of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks and public sector. The first Chairman of the Governing Council was Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Governor of RBI.

IBPS is an independent body; registered as a public trust under the Bombay public trust Act of 1950; Scientific and industrial research organization Department of scientific and industrial research, Ministry of science and technology, Government of India and the Centre for the PhD in management of the SNDT University.

The purpose of the Institute is to promote professionalism in talent acquisition through the selection of competent and effective training of staff from the Office for the Executive level, placement, and human capital at different levels within the organizations, conducting research in the field of human resources management, psychometrics, measurement and evaluation competency and conduct seminars, workshops and training programmes in areas related to its activities. "

Board Of IBPS

Governing Board of IBPS consists of candidates from the Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Finance of the Government of India, National Institute of Bank management, representatives of the public sector banks, the insurance sector and scientists. Questions regarding policy and Institute is carried out by the Governing Council. MV Nair, Chairman and Managing Director of Union Bank of India is the current Chairman of IBPS.
